ECSE Enrollment
Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) enrollment is for all children that are in the process of evaluation or have completed evaluation and meet educational disability criteria and qualify for special education services. ECSE provides services for children from birth through five years of age.
Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Enrollment Checklist
Please prepare for online registration by providing the following documents available for upload during the registration process:
- Address verification (utility bill, purchase/lease agreement, cell phone bill)
- Student birth certificate (requested, but not required)
- Current immunization records
- Legal Custody document (if applicable)
- Select the “23-24” year option when you begin the application.
Parents/Guardians Who Currently Have an Austin Public School Campus Parent Portal Account and Wish to Register Their Child for Early Childhood Special Education
To register through the parent portal, please login to your portal account, choose "More" (on the left of the screen). Next, choose "Online Registration". (This process saves time. As an existing parent you are able to review your current data in the application.)
