Kids Korner Parent Manual

Kids Korner Child Care Fees for Kindergarten - 4th grade students:

• $50 per child non-refundable registration fee, $100 fee cap per family
• $30 per child per week minimum charge
• Before School Care: $5.00 per morning
• After School Care: $8.00 per afternoon
• Non-School Day: $22.00 per day (8 hours), hours over 8 will be billed at $4.25 per hour
• Early Release Day $12.00

All fees are per child.

Weekly minimums of $30.00 are charged per week to your account per child regardless of attendance including but not limited to: Vacations, Holidays, Illness, No School/Snow Days/Intersessions, Withdrawals, Quarantines, Site closures, Adjusted site hours. To end your enrollment with Kids Korner a withdrawal notice must be submitted to our main office. We require 2-week advanced notice to terminate childcare, fees will apply.  

Preschool Child Care Rates ages 3 to Preschool:

• Full Time (30-40 hours): $130 per week
• Part Time (20-30 hours): $95 per week
• Occasional (10-20 hours): $65 per week
• Hours over maximum of contracted option are billed at $4.25 per hour.

Weekly contracted options are charged per week to your account per child regardless of attendance including but not limited to: Vacations, Holidays, Illness, No School/Snow Days/Intersessions, Withdrawals, Quarantines, Site closures, Adjusted site hours. To end your enrollment with Kids Korner a withdrawal notice must be submitted to our main office. We require 2-week advanced notice to terminate childcare, fees will apply.  

Inclement Weather Day Policy

When the district closes school for the day prior to 6:00am due to inclement weather, all Kids Korner sites are also closed. No childcare is available.

When the district has a delayed school start due to inclement weather, Kids Korner will be open at 6:15am. Breakfast will not be available at the Kindergarten and elementary sites until school start time. Please have your child(ren) eat breakfast at home. You may send a "cold" breakfast.

*If the district closes school for the day after a delayed start, Kids Korner will close 1 hour after district announcement is made. Procare messages will be sent notifying families of childcare closing time.

When the district has an early dismissal due to inclement weather, Kids Korner sites will open at school dismissal time for 1 hour after dismissal time. Procare messages will be sent notifying families of childcare closing time.
